The Taoyuan Living Community Road Transportation Assessment Model System promotes and manages the urban road construction in the living community by integrating road development, transportation needs, human rights, service integration, and smart innovation. The main spatial analysis area includes 13 administrative districts in Taoyuan City, roads more than 8 meters long and urban planning roads, and analyze the road-related pedestrian and bikeways, public transportation stations, and common pipeline locations. Besides, the functions include plan checking, project benefit analysis, standard development function module, display map and report data to the management system of Construction and Planning Agency; Display and edit the map with GIS technology combining with TGOS map, and provide map overlaying, road network editing, spatial analysis, attribute form, and parameter input setting function. This system is designed to meet the assessment tools developed by the Construction and Planning Agency Ministry of the Interior for the construction of urban roads in the living community.
