Neighborhood Analyst

Neighborhood analysis generates the output values for each cell by performing statistics based on the cell location and the values identified in a specified neighborhood. Briefly, the output of each cell location is determined by the cell value in the specified neighborhood around each cell. The specified neighborhood is essentially like a "moving window", and it offsets with the cell, so all the cells within it will be calculated.
