Description

編輯地圖屬性資料的視窗物件。

Parameter	Description
pParentElem	網頁DOM容器物件(Container Object)，視窗物件將建構於此容器物件內。通常是div元素，也可以是span或其他類似容器件。
pMapBase	主地圖物件。
left	視窗左邊界位置。
top	視窗上邊界位置。
