10.1\uff0c\u6574\u54082D\u30013D\u5716\u8cc7\u670d\u52d9\u767c\u5e03\u3001\u670d\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u61c9\u7528\u7ad9\u53f0\u67b6\u8a2d\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u642d\u914d3D Earth\u5206\u6790\u6a21\u7d44\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u5730\u767c\u5e03\u3001\u5206\u4eab\u4e09\u7dad\u6a21\u578b\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u518d\u5957\u758a\u5982\u885b\u661f\u822a\u62cd\u7684\u5716\u78da\u670d\u52d9\u8207\u6578\u503c\u9ad8\u7a0b\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u8f15\u9b06\u5730\u67b6\u8a2d\u7ad9\u53f0\u9032\u884c\u4e09\u7dad\u5716\u53f0\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u7576\u524d\u5d27\u65ed\u8cc7\u8a0a\u57283D GIS\u7684\u4e3b\u984c\u5206\u6790\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u61c9\u7528\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5730\u4e0b\u7ba1\u7dda\u7684\u4e09\u7dad\u5834\u666f\u5efa\u7f6e\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e09\u7dad\u7acb\u9ad4\u5730\u7c4d\u7684\u63a8\u5ee3\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u60a8\u4ecb\u7d39\u9019\u4e9b\u61c9\u7528\u6848\u4f8b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u90fd\u5e02\u7684\u571f\u5730\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u5bf8\u571f\u5bf8\u91d1\uff0c\u4f46\u9700\u6c42\u9084\u662f\u9019\u9ebc\u591a\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5efa\u7bc9\u7269\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u5f80\u5782\u76f4\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5373\u5927\u6a13\u8d8a\u84cb\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e5f\u9020\u6210\u5927\u6a13\u5728\u5782\u76f4\u65b9\u5411\u4e0a\u7684\u7522\u6b0a\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u50b3\u7d71\u4ee5\u4e8c\u7dad\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8868\u793a\u5efa\u7269\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\u6b0a\u5229\u8a0a\u606f\u5df2\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0a\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u6b0a\u5229\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u65e5\u7167\u3001\u901a\u98a8\u8207\u666f\u89c0\u6b0a\u7b49\u7a7a\u9593\u6b0a\u5229\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c0\u7b49\u8b70\u984c\u4ea6\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\uff0c3D GIS\u8207\u5730\u653f\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u4e09\u7dad\u5730\u7c4d\u5efa\u7269\u6a21\u578b(3D Cadastral Building Model)\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u8207\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u5730\u7c4d\u5efa\u7269\u7522\u6b0a\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u8a55\u4f30\u7a7a\u9593\u6b0a\u5229\u7b49\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u571f\u5730\u7acb\u9ad4\u5316\u7a7a\u9593\u4f7f\u7528\u6b0a\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><\/p>\n<p>\u5d27\u65ed\u8cc7\u8a0a\u900f\u904e\u7522\u3001\u5b98\u3001\u5b78\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u7531\u53f0\u5317\u5927\u5b78\u571f\u5730\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u898f\u5283\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9818\u5c0e\uff0c\u5055\u540c\u5730\u653f\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6574\u5408\u5c08\u9577\u7684\u5149\u7279\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u9ad8\u96c4\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u5730\u653f\u5c40\u4e4b\u591a\u76ee\u6a19\u5730\u7c4d\u5716\u7acb\u9ad4\u5716\u8cc7\u7684\u5efa\u7f6e\u3001\u5c55\u793a\u8207\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u5d27\u65ed\u8cc7\u8a0a\u63d0\u4f9b3D GIS\u5c55\u793a\u7684\u5e95\u5c64\u6838\u5fc3API\u8207\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5176\u652f\u63f4\u5404\u7a2e\u4e09\u7dad\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u683c\u5f0f\u5982i3S\u30013D tles\u8207kmz\u7684\u7d30\u7dfb\u6a21\u578b(\u57161)\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5404\u7a2eOGC\u670d\u52d9\u3001\u5411\u91cf\u5716\u78da\u7684\u767c\u4f48\u8207\u5957\u758a\uff0c\u4e26\u652f\u63f4\u5404\u7a2e\u5206\u6790\u5982\u6642\u5e8f\u8cc7\u6599\u5c55\u793a\u3001\u8996\u57df\u5206\u6790\u7b49(\u57162)\uff0c\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u4e09\u7dad\u5730\u7c4d\u5728\u5c55\u793a\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u61c9\u7528\u4e0a\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--
