Pan to a Record

In the 3D space, zooming to a feature may be able to help you find its location. However, you may not be able to find its spatial relationships to other feature and even your original location. Therefore, you can use Pan to tool to pan to a record while maintaining your original camera altitude. In this way, it is much easier to find the spatial relationships between different features.

To pan to a record, right click on the FID field and select Pan To. And you will pan to that record and find its spatial relationships between other features.
