Indicator Kriging Estimation for the Average Samples of Region A to Be Estimated
Indicator Kriging is to apply a Kriging method to obtain the linear estimator of ultimately, the average samples and storage of the region A to be estimated will be obtained. In the following example, we are discussing how to apply the Indicator Kriging to obtain an estimator of a region to be estimated under different conditions.
The estimation for the average samples at the location x in a mineral bed consisting of 2 kinds of minerals, the definition of its indicator values is:
Where the average of any at a location x is:
The values of the aboveandare between 0 and 1, which is. The location of type 1 mineral at the location x is obtained through the location value of type 1 mineral surrounding the location x.
The location of type 2 mineral at the location x is obtained through the location value of type 2 mineral surrounding x:
Finally, the estimated sample at the location x can be obtained through the combination of the above 3 equations:

In the real estimation work for the average samples at the location x in a mineral bed consisting of 1 kind of mineral (1>2), there is one type of mineral is dominated at any location x:
The probability of the mineral at the location x belonging to type 1 mineral is :
We also can obtain:
Finally, the estimated sample at the location x is:
