Parcel Remainder

 

 

A parcel feature may be cut into different shapes and sizes if it is overlaid by new parcel features, as shown in the figure below:

 

 

 

To add a parcel remainder, select the new parcel (overlaying parcel) first, and right-click on its parcel name in Parcel Explorer. Click Parcel Remainder to open the Remainder window, and follow the instructions in the figure below to add a parcel remainder.
