Georeferencing Tool

Georeferencing technology is one of the crucial elements in GIS. It gives the raster data a real position in physical space, which means giving a set of coordinates in projection system or coordinate system. For instance, the aerial photographs can be located over an existing map to reference the real locations of buildings or roads on the aerial photographs. SuperGIS Desktop 10 enables georeferencing the raster to the map.
