Creating Text File for GCP Coordinates

If you would like to create or modify the GCP coordinate file in notepad, you have to refer to the layout of GCP coordinate file. The sequence of the contents of the file should be X coordinate of source layer, Y coordinate of source layer, X coordinate of reference layer, and Y coordinate of reference layer, and there should be a comma between each coordinate, shown as below.
