SuperGIS Mobile Tour
 
Overview

SuperGIS Mobile Tour, a set of Mobile GIS application used for outdoor mobile tour guidance, offers texts, pictures, videos, and audios as if an exclusive tour guide provides information promptly during a journey. It is easy and flexible for users to plan their own route with SuperGIS Mobile Tour's easy-manipulate interfaces and flexible customization functions, such as route selection, auto-display pictures of scenic spots, etc.

SuperGIS Mobile Engine is used as the developing objects to develop SuperGIS Mobile Tour so that SuperGIS Mobile Tour can be used with all the mobile devices supporting .NET CF; meanwhile, the incompatibility problem between the tour system and the mobile device can be reduced as well. In addition, during the process of developing with SuperGIS Mobile Engine, all the built-in .NET CF libraries can be employed as well as the SuperGIS Mobile Engine built-in controls and objects. Therefore SuperGIS Mobile Tour can flexibly update small parts of the software without changing the architecture too much, reducing the time and cost spending on modification of tour system.

Quick Tour Route Build-up
  Through the setting of SuperGIS Mobile Tour Manager, you can edit multiple tour routes or modify the routes at one time, instead of wasting time in creating or editing multiple layers respectively.
Easy to Alter Layers
 

SuperGIS Mobile Tour supports layers of geo, shp and jpg files. Due to the powerful edit functions, administrators can edit the layers with SuperGIS Desktop or SuperPad and save exported maps and other related files into the same folder. Then, to set the relative paths of each layer in the layer folder and the other related settings with SuperGIS Mobile Tour Manager can facilitate administrators to alter all the layers and related settings of the mobile tour system easily.

In addition, administrators can maintain files with SuperGIS and also utilize SuperPad to do field survey. Therefore, the layers can be updated promptly and improve the maintaining effect of layers efficiently.

Multiple Guides
  SuperGIS Mobile Tour supports text, picture, video, and audio files. In order to complete the guide setting, what you need to do is save the existing guide sources into the corresponding folders and set the index of related columns with SuperGIS Mobile Tour Manager.
Positioning Function
  Various GPS functions are offered. GPS signal reception provides user's current position and locations of scenic spots. Therefore, the information of nearby scenic spots can be displayed automatically. Moreover, the setting of SuperGIS Mobile Tour Manager can set the tracks of GPS movement. Also, the function of querying GPS status enables users to handle the GPS current status.
Various Built-in Buttons and Legends
  Numerous built-in toolbar buttons and legends allow users to change according their needs. Or users can add new buttons and legends so that users can make a unique tour guide system interface.
Convenient Installation
  To save the related guide files in SD card, you can install the mobile tour system in any mobile devices supporting .NET CF 2.0 SP2 or higher, which can reduce the incompatibility problem between tour system and mobile device.
Powerful Customization Capability
  In addition to basic GIS viewing tools, SuperGIS Mobile Tour provides powerful customization capabilities, which is the most significant difference from other mobile tour systems.
