SuperGeo provides two methods for you to purchase SuperGeo products: download or by post. If you decide to purchase SuperGeo products by downloading, an acknowledgement letter including a set of serial number will be sent to you after you have completed your payment. If you decide to receive SuperGeo products by CD, the serial number card, CD and user manual will be sent to you together by post.

If you lose your serial number, you can always log on to this website, go to Purchase History on My Account page and click the order number of the product for which you have lost the serial number. Click the mail icon of the product from the serial number field. The serial number will be sent to your e-mail box.
