Intersection Tool

With “Intersection Tool” you can create a vertex at the position where the two straight lines you digitized intersect. Firstly, select a point as the center of axis to rotate the first straight line. When you release the mouse after you click on the map, the center of axis has been fixed; next, move mouse to change the direction of the straight line, and then click on the map when you are ready to confirm the direction. As a result, the first straight line is accomplished.

Digitize the second straight line in the same way, but please note that the two lines must intersect so the “vertex” could be generated on it. If there is no intersection or two lines are overlapping, no vertex could be generated.
